Avail Consulting, part of Tribal's central government consulting practice, has taken 21st place in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies list.
The accreditation is awarded by Best Companies, the name behind The Sunday Times '100 Best Companies to Work For' lists. Best Companies assesses each business through a rigorous process, 90 per cent of which comes from a survey of its employees. Additional information is gathered from a company questionnaire and workplace visit.
Based on this, organisations also receive a Best Companies star rating where One Star is first class, Two Stars is outstanding and Three Stars is extraordinary.
Out of nearly 800 large, medium and small organisations that entered the award, Avail was one of 55 companies who achieved a Three Star Accreditation Status for 2009. The 2009 Award recognises Avail's 'extraordinary' workplace engagement practices.
Rob Garner, Partner and Co-Founder of Avail, said: "We are delighted to have received the recognition of Best Companies as an 'extraordinary' place to work".
"Our aim is to combine best practice business disciplines with a network / extended family management style and culture. The Best Companies assessment would indicate that we have achieved this."
