Tribal's resourcing business has just been awarded the coveted IIP standard. Julie Towers, Chief Executive of resourcing, said;

“I'm delighted that we have been recognised as an Investor in People, it is a standard our clients strive for and we support through our innovative attraction and selection work.

“The assessors report noted that we had no difficulty in demonstrating both the spirit and standard of IIP and I'm even more pleased that we have achieved this whilst continuing with our business change programmes.

“The new IIP standards are much harder to achieve as they are not about inputs but outcomes, and the true test of an IIP organisation is in the performance and management of its people.

“As a highly creative business we are used to winning awards for our work, but it's really good to receive one for the way we run the business and to know that all of our hard work, team spirit and people focus is valued.”

Peter Martin, Chief Executive of Tribal, said:

“This is a great achievement for the resourcing business and an example of best practice that we will seek to replicate across Tribal as a whole.”
