Three Tribal projects have been shortlisted for the prestigious Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Management Awards scheme.
We have been nominated in the following categories:
Customer engagement category for our work with Parentline Plus
Parentline Plus is a national charity that provides support to anyone who is caring for children. Tribal helped the charity reach an additional 86,500 customers by creating a unique online portal (www.gotateenager.org.uk) targeted specifically at the parents of teenagers. The interactive site give parents the opportunity to post their own experiences, advice and questions to support each other in a virtual school gate environment.
International category for our work with the Tertiary Education Commission, New Zealand
The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) is responsible for leading the New Zealand government's relationship with the tertiary education sector. Tribal helped the TEC move to a new investment framework by developing and implementing a web‐enabled benchmarking and performance improvement solution that provided the TEC with the robust information it required. This project has made improvements worth NZD$5m in six institutes of technology and polytechnics (ITP) and identified a further NZD$7m of cost savings in three others.
Innovation category for Avail’s work with the Department of Health
Avail was commissioned by the Department of Health to work with three primary care trusts (PCTs) to see how best they could reduce costs whilst improving quality of care and patient satisfaction. We developed a range of tools and approaches which will save each PCT hundreds of thousands of pounds each year, and ultimately save billions of pounds across the NHS.
The winners will be announced at an awards dinner in April at London’s Governor House.
