Change management

Tribal adopts a business process driven approach to change that directs and supports the implementation process in terms of organisational development, policies and procedures, training, systems configuration and benefits realisation.

Our approach to change is based on several key principles:
1. Change management should be integrated into the various components of the project.
2. Change must be built into the planning process.
3. Change activities must be monitored, controlled and reported to ensure successful delivery.

Project management

Tribal has an outstanding record in managing, delivering and supporting its projects through the successful application of the OGC’s PRINCE2® and MSP™ methodologies.

We refine our benefits approach, with the focus being on delivering change - whether it is system, process, organisation, culture or behaviour - in order to ensure the realisation of benefits.

We have applied our extensive practical experience of working with public sector clients to add value to the overall MSP approach, whilst remaining MSP™ and PRINCE2 compliant.

Alternative delivery models

We have direct and relevant capability, skills and experience in the design and delivery of financial transformation, shared service and ERP-related change programmes.

We have analysed the options for and assisted in the design and establishment of alternative delivery models such as shared services arrangements and outsourcing of managed back-office functions for both local and central government organisations.
