Clinical coding mentoring programmes

Contact us

Tribal’s mentoring programmes are delivered by experienced mentors within a framework created and quality assured by our NHS approved clinical coding trainers.

Tribal offers three types of mentoring programmes:

  • concurrent clinical coding foundation course mentoring - supporting new recruits’ foundation training learning requirements and introducing them to clinical coding within their work environment
  • post clinical coding foundation course mentoring - helping students to start applying their new coding skills whilst being quality assured by a mentor
  • support to more experienced staff in preparation for NCCQ examination - combining one-on-one tutoring and examination practice.

We deliver measurable, long-term value by adapting to individual needs and offering personalised on-site support.
