The site has been arranged into a number of broad sections:

When you click on any of these headings you will be taken to the relevant section where a menu will appear with links to pages in that section. You can also find 'tags' on the bottom of many pages. These links take you to a list of pages that are also tagged with the same term.
Alternatively, use the A-Z function located in the top navigation bar to find a particular topic.
The main headings listed above can be found on the top navigation bar.
To get back to the start page at any time, click on the home button at the top of each page. The start page is known as the home page.
Don't worry if you go to the wrong page. Click on the 'back' arrow in the buttons bar in Internet Explorer or choose 'View > Go to > Back' in the menu. You can do this repeatedly if necessary.
Anywhere your pointer looks like a hand rather than an arrow or words are underlined means that you can click on it and go somewhere else on the site.
How do I get back to this site if I leave it?
It's a good idea to add this page to your favourites. In Internet Explorer click on 'Favourites > Add to favourites > then name the page something that you will remember like "Tribal"). Go to 'Bookmarks' if you are using Netscape Navigator. This works just like 'Favourites'.
