A more skilful approach to apprenticeships

Since McDonald's implemented its apprenticeship programme, staff turnover has dropped to an all-time low and staff tenure has increased. This change has been achieved by training staff within the work environment using a flexible, focused approach. This highly effective model has the same key features as the new apprenticeship schemes that the Government sees as central to the UK’s future economic growth.
 
Working with McDonald's, we have created a unique approach to delivering an in-house programme.  Our blend of technology and partnership working enables crew members to gain an apprenticeship qualification in a way that fits with McDonalds distributed business model.
