Apprenticeships - helping people get into and on in work
Apprenticeships can motivate and develop individuals and business and help close the skills gap which potentially threatens the long-term economic future of the UK. In this paper, we discuss the evidence that apprentices are more productive, have higher morale and produce a higher standard of work than other employees.
