From Government initiatives such as the London and Greater Manchester challenges, to providing the staff, tools and techniques to make improvements in individual schools, we have helped establishments in the UK and abroad to deliver a higher of quality teaching and learning for their young people.

School MIS

Synergy in Schools has been designed to help authorities that are looking to create a single view of a child. Integrating with your Synergy database it ensures critical information can be seen quickly and accurately by all the necessary stakeholders with the power to intervene quickly and act upon the information available.

The IMLS Framework

We are part of the Information Management and Learning Services (IMLS) framework. The IMLS framework was created to give schools and local authorities support in choosing the School MIS and Learning Platform that is right for them and ensure they get the best possible deal. The framework is provided by the Department for Education to enable schools and local authorities to procure their school MIS and Learning Platforms.

We are a principal provider of inspection services to Ofsted in the South of England. Our Inspections division carries out more than 5,000 inspections annually of primary, secondary and special schools (both maintained and independent), children’s centres, Academies, further education institutions, alternative provision units and children’s centres. We also deliver training for prospective and current Ofsted inspectors.

Our Services to Schools consultants offer advice, support and training to help schools develop outstanding business functions, including finance, HR, governor services and recruitment. We have also developed Framework+, a robust, online, evidence-based self-evaluation tool aligned with the latest inspection framework.

We offer a range of CPD training and a variety of learning resources for teachers, governors, Ofsted inspectors and education professionals to develop skills and enhance their practice.

Our project managers and educational advisors have worked with DfE, senior staff and a variety of sponsors to launch more than 35 Academies and Free Schools since 2004. In conjunction with our Services to Schools consultants, we provide a ‘one-stop shop’ of services for groups looking to make their new school a success.

As a highly-rated provider of careers advice and guidance, Tribal works as an independent, impartial and expert adviser with schools to give young people the information they need about potential learning, training and employment pathways, as well as to train and inform staff about new developments and effective guidance.
