The Idea Store Community Service streamlines their student data with ebs

The Idea Store Service within Tower Hamlets Council is the latest LEA provider to select ebs, Tribal’s student information system for further education and vocational learning providers.

The borough of Tower Hamlets serves a population of over 295,000 and is a dynamic and vibrant place to learn. The council aims to create opportunities through supporting aspirations and tackling poverty in the area, working as a team with partners and the wider community.

Tower Hamlets Council had a system that was no longer fit for purpose and needed a new student information system to easily manage all their student data.

They chose ebs, designed to provide a single cohesive view of your organisation. ebs improves the way you collect, collate, analyse and share information so you can streamline your operations and enhance student engagement.

Pat Hammond, MIS and Audit Services Manager at Tower Hamlets Council said:

“We were really impressed with the ebs student information system, as it offered a comprehensive solution to help us deliver our part time Adult Education programme and full-time Apprenticeships most effectively.”

Speaking on behalf of Tribal, James Cooke, Business Development Manager said:

“We are delighted to be working with Tower Hamlets Council and look forward to starting implementation very soon. ebs will bring them an easier to use student information system, with better reporting and online functionality for enrolments and day to day learning”
