Setting a new standard for UAE schools

Setting the new standard for English and mathematics provision in UAE schools

Exploring the journey and impact of the School of Research Science’s first-in-region Quality Mark accreditation.

Tuesday June 7th, 3:20pm - 4:00pm (GST)

This session is designed for Middle and Senior Leaders and those members of staff with a quality remit in Early Childhood Education and Care, Primary or Secondary school provision.

See how the School of Research Science (SRS) in Dubai has become the first UAE school to join the thousands of schools and settings to achieve the internationally acknowledged Quality Mark accreditation.

Emily Jamalizadeh, Head of Maths at SRS talks through the impact the accreditation has had on multiple aspects of the school's provision:

  • How it has provided a robust framework for their continuous improvement in the delivery of English and maths
  • How it has helped develop their Middle Leaders and provide support for leadership continuity
  • What it has meant for their inspection readiness
  • And how it is helping differentiate SRS from other schools in the region

You'll also hear from in-region Lead Inspector, Matthew Klimcke, on how the Quality Mark framework aligns with inspection frameworks, and how it supports best practice self-evaluation as a key skill-set for middle leaders.

Your presenters:

Nicola Morris, Quality Mark National Director

Emily Jamalizadeh, Head of Maths, School or Research Science

Matthew Klimcke, Lead Inspector, Tribal UAE Inspections

Join us to see how this internationally acknowledged quality accreditation can support and reward your school's drive towards excellence.
