A blueprint for the continuous improvement of English and maths in Further Education & Skills

Delivering continuous improvement in English & Maths provision at your college

The session is designed to give you a strong understanding of the quality improvement model developed with, and employed by, Leeds City College to great success.

Our Improvement experts will cover:

 - A brief recap of the successes realised by Leeds City College through their adoption of the Quality Mark model -  staff ownership and accountability, morale, and confidence.

 - What is involved in the adoption of the Quality Mark model: How the framework helps address priorities, and can be embedded into a college's day-to-day practice without adding additional burden to workloads.

 - What the audit tool looks like: An opportunity to understand how the comprehensive framework supports rigorous, evidence-based self-evaluation that identifies strengths, prioritises key areas for development and identifies the impact of your practice. We'll also cover the types of evidence required by the framework and how this shouldn't be an ominous undertaking.

In attending the session, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how Leeds City College has leveraged the Quality Mark framework to support their continuous quality improvement in the provision of English and maths.
