The Tribal Group plc website (Tribal Website) is operated by Tribal Group plc (Company Number 04128850) (Tribal), a company incorporated and operating under the laws of England and Wales, having its principal place of business at Kings Orchard Queen Street, St. Philips, Bristol, BS2 0HQ.  By using the Tribal Website and/or by electing to purchase any Tribal software, maintenance, training and/or other products and services (Tribal Products & Services), you accept and agree to these Terms of Use, Tribal’s Privacy Policy (see Section 2 below) and all applicable terms and conditions detailed below.

Tribal Website

Tribal strives to publish information accurately, to update the Tribal Website regularly and to correct errors when discovered. However, any of the content on the Tribal Website may be incorrect or out of date at any given time.  We reserve the right, subject to law, to make changes to the Tribal Website at any time, including to product prices, specifications, offers and availability.

Tribal is a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange’ Alternative Investment Market (AIM). You agree to fully reimburse Tribal in respect of all losses, costs, actions, claims, and liabilities incurred by Tribal or its affiliates as a result of any breach or non-observance by you of these terms or any data submitted by you to us.

Tribal will make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses (and similar destructive devices) from the site but cannot guarantee the exclusion of viruses (and similar destructive devices) and you should take appropriate steps in respect of this risk.
