Best Implementations of 2025

This session looks at some of the best EBS software implementations from 2025, focusing on what worked well from a user perspective. Using real examples, we explore how customers smoothly introduced new software solutions, limited disruption to day‑to‑day work, and achieved the outcomes they expected.

We’ll discuss the factors that helped these implementations succeed, including clear goals, strong collaboration with professional services teams, sensible planning, and practical onboarding. The session will also touch on common challenges, such as changing requirements or slow user adoption, and how organisations have addressed them.

Aimed at software users, this session offers practical lessons and ideas to help organisations get more value from their software and feel better prepared for future implementations.
