Empower Conference 2025

We were proud to welcome over 300 delegates to the 2025 Empower Conference; two days dedicated to celebrating the incredible work of our customers, and exploring the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of education.

Held at Sheffield Hallam University, Empower 2025 brought together a vibrant community of education professionals — from institutions across the UK and beyond. The event provided a valuable opportunity to bring our customers together in one place, to share insights, share our product strategy, and reflect on the collective impact we’re making across the sector.

The agenda featured a rich mix of keynote speakers, panel discussions, and breakout sessions, covering everything from data-driven decision-making and learner engagement to funding pressures and digital transformation. It was a chance to hear directly from those from Tribal and guest speakers from the front lines of education.

The Empower Conference 2025 was more than just a conference — it was a celebration of the partnerships that drive our work forward. We’re incredibly proud of the role our customers play in shaping the future of education, and we’re committed to supporting them every step of the way.
