Tribal Group to Provide Next Generation Student Management System to Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

Sydney, 13 April 2021 - Tribal is thrilled to announce that it has signed an eight-year contract with the world-leading university Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) for the delivery of Tribal’s cloud-based SITS:Vision Student Management System and next-generation Tribal Edge solutions.

Home to 33,000 students from around the world, NTU Singapore is ranked among the world’s top universities by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) and has also been named the world’s best young university (under 50 years old) by QS for the past seven years.

NTU is embracing digital technologies for better learning and living as part of its Smart Campus vision. NTU was looking for a modern, efficient Student Information solution that improves student outcomes and experience, while providing a better experience for the University's staff and more efficient use of their internal resources.

This prestigious win, following a highly competitive tender, underlines Tribal's position as a leading provider of Student Management Systems in South East Asia. Our comprehensive solution covers the complete student journey, from pre-admission through to graduation, with the offering including SITS in the Tribal Cloud, and Tribal Edge products, as well as Tribal Student Marketing & Recruitment and Tribal Student Support & Welfare. The implementation project has four major releases with final go-live scheduled for late 2022.

16 Australian Tertiary Providers set to deploy Tribal Submissions to comply with new TCSI reform

Sydney, 17 September 2020 - Tribal Group, a leading software and services provider to the Australian higher education sector, has announced that 16 Australian universities and higher education providers will implement Tribal Submissions to meet new higher education statutory reporting requirements.

The new reporting requirement stems from the Australian Government Transforming the Collection of Student Information (TCSI) project, a joint initiative between the Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE) and Services Australia. It will transform how student information is collected to build a better solution that benefits both Australian education providers and students.
