Malvern International is a rapidly growing institution that collaborates with various universities. Delivering programmes in Business Management, Accounting and Finance at various levels, they have ambitious plans to expand and assist even more students in their learning journeys.
Currently, Malvern International lacks a central system to track all its students effectively. It uses one system for recruiting new students and different methods to monitor student progress with its university partners. This fragmented approach can complicate daily operations.
Malvern International recognised its growth potential and needed a robust student records system. They understood that such a system would help them organise their processes more efficiently and access vital information easily.
James Findley, who oversees operations at Malvern, previously utilised EBS at another institution and experienced its effectiveness firsthand. When he joined Malvern, he reached out to discuss how EBS could also benefit their organisation.
