Pluss selects Maytas to support their growing employment programmes
Pluss is the largest Social firm in the UK with a 45-year proven track record of supporting people of all abilities to achieve a career. Pluss inspires thousands of people every year with disabilities and other disadvantages into employment through a range of nationally and locally procured employment programmes on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), European Social Fund (ESP), Big Lottery Fund, Local Authorities and the NHS.
Over the next five years, Pluss aims to support over 75,000 people into employment and they have chosen to use Tribal software as an effective learning management solution. They have obtained Maytas along with courses, screen designer and report generator which will allow them to create their own fields and report on them.
Alan Beaten, MI & BIS Manager at Pluss, said:
“We are thrilled that Maytas will enable us to effectively claim our funding, whilst being fully compliant with the ESFA funding rules. Having integrated technology in place takes a huge pressure from our teams and gives us the confidence and time to relieve some of the administration that comes with being a training provider.”
Penny Johnson, Account Manager speaking on behalf of Tribal said:
“We are delighted to be working with Pluss to support their vision of inspiring people of all abilities to achieve a career. Maytas is a completely flexible, end to end system which will lift the burden of manual processes and allow Pluss to easily deal with their funding efficiently, freeing up more time for their teams to focus on their training and learner outcomes.”
Tribal works with over 100 training providers and employers like Pluss across the UK, including BT Group, Leonardo Helicopters and Travis Perkins.
