BT has been a dedicated Tribal customer for over 10 years and during this time, Tribal has been committed to supporting BT’s ultimate goal - to be a better provider of training and to maximise learner outcomes and the learner experience. To help realise their goals, BT chose a number of Tribal systems, that work together, to create a seamless process – from learner management, to understanding self-assessment and providing functional skills.
Leonardo, a large employer of engineering and business apprentices in the UK, began working with Tribal in 2012. Since then, the partnership has gone from strength to strength. The business acquired the market leading learner management system, Maytas, and opted for Tribal’s data management service team to work on behalf of Leonardo’s, to act as their data team; submitting all the funding claims for them, getting them audit ready, advising them on their apprenticeship programmes and helping to solidify what apprenticeship data needed to look like for the business.
The University of Sheffield’s Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre with Boeing specialises in carrying out world-leading research into advanced machining, manufacturing and materials, which is of great practical use to the industry. AMRC champions apprenticeships and bridging the gap between innovation in industry and academia. Since using Maytas, AMRC have found efficiency in learner management has increased alongside a whole host of benefits. Funding is now made easier, as data is easily submitted to awarding and funding bodies through Maytas.
Ingeus is a founding member of the B Corp community in the UK and a leading provider of apprenticeship services that make a positive, lasting difference to people's lives. Previously, staff at Ingeus were having to use five different systems to manage their learner processes. When dealing with apprenticeships, this became almost impossible and managers had no confidence in the data. Ingeus now has a single Tribal solution, in the form of an integrated learner management and ePortfolio, that streamlines and centralises their processes. They have consistency, trust and flexibility within their data management.
We don’t have the technical capacities to host and support a system ourselves, so the fact Tribal could take this headache away for us, whilst providing us with the functionality we needed, was a deciding factor for us.
Our experience of using Maytas has been really positive, we like all the different interactive functions that are available. e-track is user friendly and the feedback from our assessors is that productivity has increased!
Apprenticeships Specialist at Wolseley UK
Without Tribal we would not be as accurate or as knowledgeable as we are. We would struggle to provide the best experience to apprentices as our time would be taking up doing admin tasks.
Apprenticeship Training Manager at Leonardo
Tribal’s reputation as a leading brand that empowers the world of education really stood out from the competition. Maytas was the right fit for us and will support us on the RoATP and in the growth of our apprenticeship offering.
