Carleton University Signs Up For Tribal’s CRM solution

Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario is the latest Canadian higher education institution to join Tribal’s growing customer base in Canada.

Based in the country’s capital, Carleton University is a Canadian leader in the delivery of support services to over 28,000 undergraduate and graduate students that are personalized, varied and effective. Carleton has signed a multi-year contract with Tribal to implement a constituent relationship management (CRM) solution, that will enhance Carleton’s face-to-face and online interactions with students through the full student lifecycle – from their first interactions with Carleton as prospective students, throughout their time at Carleton as a current student and as they stay connected with Carleton as an alumni.

The web-based and fully responsive CRM solution will utilise Tribal’s unique and unrivalled functionality: market leading recruitment and admissions; student success and alumni solutions; student information desk; and integration with the University’s existing Student Information and Learning Management Systems.

Once implemented, the CRM will help the administrative departments and academic units across Carleton coordinate with each other to enhance the student experience. Prospective and current students and alumni will have one spot to view their personal information about their relationship with Carleton. Faculty and staff will have a coordinated system to use to communicate with students and new tools to foster strong referrals and support.
