Tribal continue collaboration with Microsoft to support student support & wellbeing as solution hits Microsoft AppSource

Tribal builds on Microsoft partnership with the latest student support solution to go live via the AppSource

Tribal are strengthening their partner relationship with Microsoft and our proud to be co-selling their solutions with the Microsoft team. The latest product to go through the validation process and now live on Microsoft AppSource is Tribal’s Student Support & Wellbeing solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Microsoft AppSource is the central hub for business apps that enables customers to find the right app for their needs.

Tribal recognises that student support and wellbeing is a key focus within education, the recent Student Academic Experience Survey 2021, published by HEPI highlights “in 2021, we see student wellbeing measures at their lowest levels yet.” Tribal are aligning their strategy to better understand the mental health crisis facing students and using their strengthened knowledge to provide institutions with the right technology and software, to help students access the support they need, when they need it. Tribal provide a holistic student support solution that pulls together all student data to provide dedicated tailored support. From cross-platform enquiry management through to the handling of individual student needs.

A core focus of Tribal is supporting the education community to improve the student experience. This aligns to the needs of the sector and our customers and Tribal are running several initiatives to develop their knowledge of the sector to provide the best student experience solutions.

By facilitating a series of roundtable discussions with senior leaders of student support and wellbeing services Tribal have been able to bring together senior colleagues from the higher education sector to share insights, challenges and innovations. Tribal recently announced a partnership with Student Minds, a leading UK student mental health charity. The partnership provides a unique opportunity for Tribal and Student Minds to share expertise, advice, and experiences. Commenting on the partnership Mark Picket, Chief Operating Officer at Tribal said “Educational institutions’ support services were under increasing pressure even before the pandemic and recent events have only added to that pressure. This partnership will enable us to do more to support the community, to ensure we have the right initiatives and tools in place to support student success for our customers and the sector.” Tribal are also supporting Student Minds as a Student Space Comms Champion, pledging to promote and raise awareness of Student Space so that students can find the support they need during the coronavirus pandemic.

Along with the roundtable series, and partnership with Student Minds, Tribal will continuously develop their solutions to meet the changing needs of the sector with the student at heart of everything they do.
