Tribal Dynamics debuts at CRM in HE 2019 event

CRM Network HE comprises CRM practitioners from 85 HEIs across the UK and Ireland and was established to encourage and provide impartial advice for all aspects of CRM practice.

Whilst its annual conference is primarily designed to facilitate shared practice amongst its members, the 2019 event at Coventry University provided the opportunity for CRM suppliers within the sector to attend via an exhibition stand and to make a presentation to interested delegates on a subject of relevance to CRM and the sector. 

Crimson Consultants had already reserved its slot at the conference and when its acquisition by the Tribal Group was confirmed on 10th May, the event provided the ideal launch pad for the new Tribal Dynamics brand into the sector.  

John Drew, Sales Director for Tribal Dynamics, said of the event "This was our first involvement with CRM Network HE and our first event as Tribal Dynamics. The focused nature of the association meant that all our conversations were rewarding and we have made some great new connections in terms of future business potential”.

Tribal Dynamics Sales Director, John Drew, started his presentation by defining the role of CRM in the ever-competitive world of HE. It went on to show how the Tribal Dynamics solution leverages the core capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to deliver sector best practice along with institution-specific requirements. This was illustrated with some specific examples of functionality and reference to some customer case studies.
